Programs in a gym based setting and customized for the needs of better injury recovery. In either case, the programs should be tailored for the patients / clients needs. 

Rehabilitation program not depending on where you live, as the program should carry over into your daily life after the program ends. Work with the patient / client to design a long-term plan of exercise. We will guide you on how and when to exercise at home.

Many programs offer a "maintenance" plan so that you can continue to exercise with others. Important exercises for injury recovery that will feature walking regularly. This will begin with walking slowly at a very comfortable pace for a period of time (say 5 to 10 minutes daily), 3 to 5 days a week.

By the attendance of the exercise programs, the patient / client will learn many things about injury recovery and maintaining their own fitness. The following topics will be covered:


  • learn many things about injury recovery   

  • topics will be discussed, this will relate to what is wrong with your injury recovery, what medicines do if prescribed, and how to keep from being inmobilized due to your injury

  • each session, will give the patient / client time to share concerns and approaches to living with injury problems

  • exercise programs will help the patient / client be more active with less shortness of movement. Usually, you will be exercising both your arms and legs

  • exercise that helps the patient / client to feel better and become stronger by helping you get into better shape

  • a program that is designed for people with injury recovery problems
